1. Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with the initial progress or the quality of the service provided, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Service Quality: If the delivered work does not meet the technical specifications or design standards outlined in your initial project proposal.
- Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within the first 14 days of the project start date or service activation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To maintain a sustainable service for all our clients, refunds are subject to the following criteria:
- Web Design & Development: Refunds are only applicable if the project is in the initial stages. Once the final design is approved or the website has been moved to a live production environment, a refund cannot be issued.
- Hosting Services: Monthly hosting fees are generally non-refundable. However, annual hosting plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if requested within the first 30 days.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for domain name registrations, SSL certificates, or third-party software licenses already purchased on your behalf.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
A refund will not be issued if:
- The project delay is caused by a lack of communication or delayed content delivery from the client’s side.
- The client decides to cancel the project for reasons unrelated to the quality of HostedWebs’ work (e.g., change of mind or business direction).
- The website has been modified or tampered with by a third-party developer after our delivery.
4. Refund Processing Time
We take our financial obligations seriously. Once a refund request is reviewed and approved:
- Processing Window: All refunds will be issued within 25 business days from the date of approval.
- Method of Payment: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).

If you are unsatisfied and wish to initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Submit a formal written request to our support team.
- Provide your order/invoice number and a detailed explanation of why the service did not meet your expectations.
